Tishman Speyer is a leading owner, operator, developer and fund manager of first-class real estate in the world. They have acquired, developed and operated $74 billion portfolio with, including office, retail and residential space.
​​With obligations to their properties, shareholder, tenants, and prospective clients. I provided design and strategy to support the different facets of the firm. This involved keeping a consistent brand, while still creating innovative and creative ways to grow the brand.
Develop marketing strategies and secure anchor tenants for the up and coming development in Hudson yards, The Spiral. Tenants secured in various locations nationwide, including the Rockefeller Center.
Creative assets for publications in the Law Firm Journal and Observer. Included Rockefellar Tree Lighting ceremony, customized invitations to shareholders and celebrities.
Strategies grew market and captured high-end clients such as Facebook, BlackRock, Saks Fifth Avenue.

Created "Connections" for and by girls which is a critical component of the Yegna Platform. Connections gives girls a fun way to build and deepen their own friendships. Girls around Ethiopia learn about friendship, confidence, money, health, and safety. They work through weekly activities to overcome personal and community obstacles.
Distributed by the PeaceCorps and tested in communities around Ethiopia. Enabled us to refine the product and developing future partnerships.
Enable lifelong self-empowerment skills for young girls within their communities. Provide kits to improve confidence and encourage them to reach their full potential.​
