With roots in a family business dating back more than a century, and established in its current form in 1978, the company has acquired, developed and operated a portfolio of over $74 billion since inception, including over 139 million square feet of office, retail and residential space.
OBJECTIVE
Tishman Speyer has obligations to their properties, shareholder, tenants, and prospective clients. We provided design and strategy support to all the different facets of the firm, keeping a consistent brand, while still creating innovative and creative ways to grow the brand.

Full marketing strategies securing anchor tenants for the up and coming development in Hudson yards, The Spiral. In addition, multiple tenants were secured in various locations nationally, including the Rockafeller Center.
